What counts as a managed machine?
A managed machine is any endpoint running the AllTracer agent for always-on monitoring. You're billed $1 per machine per month for the machines you actively manage.
What is a concurrent technician seat?
A seat covers one technician working at the same time. You pay $15 per concurrent seat — so a team can share seats and you only pay for peak simultaneous usage, not every named user.
What is a support session?
A support session is capacity for a no-install, code-based remote connection to a user who isn't on your fleet. Each concurrent support session is $10 per month.
What is Elite Monitoring?
Elite Monitoring is an optional $49/month flat add-on (not per device) that adds custom alert rules, deep system tools (live processes, software inventory, services and event logs), and a complete, exportable audit trail across your fleet.
